ORDERS

How do I place an order?
Orders can be placed directly through our website. Once your order is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email with your order details.

Can I modify or cancel my order after it’s been placed?
Because each piece is made to order, we are unable to accommodate changes or cancellations after an order has been submitted. We recommend reviewing all order details carefully before checking out.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Do you offer domestic shipping?

Yes. We offer flat-rate domestic ground shipping via UPS or USPS:

  • $6.99 for standard ground shipping

You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships.

Do you ship internationally?

No. We do not currently offer international shipping.

When will my order ship?

All pieces are made to order. Please allow 14-20 business days for production. Once shipped, you can expect delivery within:

  • 3-7 business days

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

What is your return policy?
Due to the made-to-order nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges at this time. We encourage customers to consult our size chart and reach out with any questions before placing an order.

How should I care for my GILDED sleepwear?
Care instructions are provided on the product page. We recommend gentle washing on cold and tumble drying on low to maintain the integrity of each piece.
