SHIPPING INFORMATION

All GILDED pieces are made to order with intention and care. Once your order is placed, please allow 14-20 business days for production before shipment.

We currently offer domestic shipping within the United States. All domestic orders are shipped via standard ground shipping (UPS or USPS), and tracking information will be provided once your order is on the way. We select the most cost-effective and reliable option based on your location.

Estimated Delivery Time
Orders typically arrive within 3–7 business days after production.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

We do not currently ship internationally.

DELIVERY INFORMATION

Once your package is in the hands of the shipping courier, we are not responsible for delays, loss, or damage during transit. If you experience a delivery issue, please contact the courier directly using your tracking number.

If your order is marked as "Delivered" but you haven’t received it, please check with your local post office, UPS facility, or nearby neighbors before reaching out.

Due to the made-to-order nature of our garments, we do not accept returns or exchanges at this time. Please double-check sizing and product details before placing your order.

If you believe you received a defective or incorrect item, contact us at gildedsleepwear@gmail.com within 3 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue.
